Was flipping channels and caught the last seconds of an RX-8 commercial. It was on The History Channel during a show called "Punishment" I think. All I caught was "this half of blah blah was brought to you by Mazda's RX-8" and a still closeup photo of the headlight and wheel.

ok i sat through an hour and 45 minutes of punishent om the history channel. i saw the commercial it is a 2 minute history of the rotary engine. it mentions wankel and show some rotary engines and cars and shows the rx8. kind of interestng. would be better if it was longer.

I saw the same thing on 6/25 but have not seen it since then... FUbar is right, definitly needs to be longer.

I saw that, I thought that Modern Marvels was doing a show on it, no wonder I couldn't find it in the TV guide. BTW, the History Channel is awesome! There are many great programs on that channel, like Modern Marvels, Mail Call, Conquest, Tales of the Gun, and many more.

I agree Max, IMO the History Channel has a great lineup of shows. Entertaining, yet informative! :)
