I woke up, turned on the tv, rolled out of bed and started making some breakfast. For some reason my TV was on CTS (christian television station, I think). I could hear it from the kitchen and a kids show was playing. Then some "scientist" comes on with "proof" of gods existence, brace yourselves, it's impressive.....
A chair, this is his proof. Intelligence was needed to create the chair, so intelligence was needed to create us. He also said that our DNA was like a computer program, and that someone always has to write a computer program, so god must have written our DNA. He went on to laugh at evolution as if it's a joke and you would be a fool to believe it.
Anyways, do the producers of this show feel no shame in lying to children. It's one thing to offer your beliefs, something totally different to have a "scientist" on the show with "proof" of god. I would have thought that the fundamentals of christianity would frown upon this type of trash, thou shalt not decieve or something like that.
Some other things that bugged me about the show. The dancing was awful, their basketball was flat, yet they played with it, and there was a hot chick who would be far happier with me :p
