No matter how hard I try I cannot get the low tire pressure light to go off. Does anyone else have problems with thie light. I know I was told the sensors turn the lght on even if it's only a pound off, but I know I had enough air. Should I bring it into the dealership? I don't want to look stupid! :)

Was the light ever off? The range is MUCH more than + or - 1 psi. Sounds like your sensor programming could be off or you have a defective TPMS.

Or a faulty tire gauge.

My light was on after owning the car for 2 days. The dealer said they had to recalibrate it and it has been off since. I wouldn't worry about looking dumb if you're pretty sure that the pressure is right.

Keep in mind that the light will turn on if the pressure is too high also.
