Did we ever sort this out ?
Are we getting cool white side-repeaters or yukky american orange ones ?

Oh god, I hope the clear ones.

Else I'm changing them, no way am I having orange.

Im 99% sure were getting clear ones thank god. :)

The recent European press photos are all clear.

I'm pretty sure that indicators have to be amber. Maybe it has an amber bulb behind a white lens?

indicators do indeed have to be amber but as you suggest it is now common practive to put orange bulbs behind white lenses and this is what I believe we will get in the european version.

I think that the clear lenses look better anyway, I wouldn't want the look of the car spoiled by nasty orange indicator lenses.

My dealer (Brooklyn) did confirm clear lenses.
