I prioritize them as such:

Cost
Color
Clarity
Cut
Carat (weight)

I believe diamonds which have less color, and more clarity are more beautiful than those which are larger, but have MORE colour (they look yellow), and lower clarity..(black marks inside, visible w/ naked eye).
