Watching those slides sure does bring up some things. The battlefield funeral is the worst experience of my life to this point.

I was watching the Spurs game last night - it was Armed Forces Appreciation night, and they played a tribute very similar to this one at halftime. The music was the same (hauntingly beautiful, isn't it), and some of the pictures were the same, but some of it was more 'localized' to Texas and the Spurs.

Over 500 season-ticket holders gave up their tickets on the loor and lower section to members of the military and their families.
