I watched the show on this (don't ask me why) but it is really sad to see this happen to a child!

I watched the show on tV about him....his Dad was a freak...the child wasn't allowed to be a child...very sad.

I saw the show as well. My guess (even though disputed by family and Herc) is that he was on a mild steriod program (growth like that ain't natural). The kid is smart though, very educated in diet and exercise. I was blown away by the fact he could bench over 210!!!

I was depressed by the fact he could bench 210. I still think I could kick his ass, I have an enormous reach advantage :D

I've read that it can. Heck, as a kid I carried a heavy sack of newpapers on my delivery route, and even now I can sometimes get back pain from it.

Proper weight training at any age is a good thing.
