My Dyno Chart! A little dissapointing!

Here it is. 172.1 WHP and 126.1 Torque...

Just ordered a Greddy kit, I'll post a dyno with the Greddy at the end of this month, or whenever I get it.

See? It is not so hard to get dynos posted in websites... THey should be even easier when you are trying to sell your product, right SSR??? :D

Just more proof that SR Motorsport's claims of 30 hp from an air intake, pullies, & hi-flow cat are complete & utter crap. & I have some of their products. Unless this was on a Mustang dyno (which RX8's usually come out around low 150's this is about how much a "regular" RX8 dynos around (170 to 190 whp). When I had a Racing Beat exhaust I dynoed 179 whp, after SR pullies, SR hi-flow cat & RE intake (184 whp, though gained abot 10 hp across the band).

If it's ant consolation look to get to around 230-240 whp with the turbo kit (or more if you are getting the SSR unit).

Thank You Gentlemen I was looking at that site the other day and was wondering what I should and should not believe I am a newbie when it comes to upgrading sport cars. Anyone have any suggestions what are realistic gains with having work done on Exaust and Pullys

Realistic gains :

Exhaust = 3 to 4 hp
Pullies = 1 to 2 hp

The dyno seems to be on par with what I have seen and read on the forum. I'm looking forward to your turbo pull...

^^^what he said. Fanman is also correct that stock 8s are getting around 150s on the mustang dyno. I've dynoed on both and have gotten similiar results.
