For some strange reason, I find myself attracted to this car. Not that I'd ever own one for myself. But I think it would make a fun car for my kid one day. Or if I were back in my old college days, this might have been a car for me or my gal.

I think they're pretty cool, very roomy as well for being so small.

Yeah, those aren't my thing...They remind me a bit too much of semi truck cabs to appeal to me. That yellow one looks a bit nicer than normal, but not enough to cover up the imaginary "Mack" I've put on the grill.

In stock form it simply looks retarded. If you put some huge wheels on it and / or lower it The xB actually looks really cool, kind of like a tank. They are really light and fuel efficient as well as roomy and really inexpensive.

 

My friend has one and every time I see him, I want to slap him for buying it. It's freakin Ugly. But IT IS better than the Honda Element!!!

I think the coolest thing I've seen on one of them was at Columbia Mall in Maryland. Dude drove by and his Xb say Xbox on the plates. Yeah, thats about the coolest thing I've seen on them.

 

there is plenty of room in that little shoebox...took a trip in one from L.A. to Vegas...it was pretty damn comfortable...

Wow, exactly my opinion. First time I saw it I thought it was absurdly ugly. Now I actually like it.

But I'd still take a Mazda3 wagon over it. I have no idea why but I REALLY like the Mazda3 wagon. I almost wish I got it instead of the 8. (I mean it is considerably cheaper).

 

No way, dude--the Honda Element is WAY uglier than the xB! The two ugliest cars in production right now: Honda Element and Pontiac Aztec. What on earth were those companies thinking... (even if the Element does have suicide doors like ours)

I personally don't hold any disdain for the xB. I look at it and think it's a niche vehicle that is targeting a certain taste. It's not my taste, but I probably wouldn't be as embarassed to drive it as I would an Aztec.

 

The best part is you can customize the xB to hell and back. Buy it primered, paint it the color you want, add all the accessories, etc... Reminds me of a fun car I use to own, known as the Civic.

Besides, it's not so expensive that I would be hesistant to buy... it's affordable, fun, and reliable for what it is. Roomy too. I was thinking of buying one for the heck of it and use it as my daily driver.

 

Ehh ... to me the xB looks like one of those old school European vans you'd see in spy movies from the 60's. Kinda weird looking to me.

First time I saw it was on Pimp my Ride. After the pimping it looked "acceptable" but stilll something I wouldn't own.

 

The xB and the Honda Element are 2 boxes I can live without. I have gotten used to them, but I wouldn't own one. They are good for people who need room, but, ew is all I have to say.

Aztec easily wins ugliest car.

The Scion grew on me after a while. The Aztec is still as ugly as I thought the first time I saw it.

 

The XB looks like one of those French Foreign Legion hats on wheels.

 

We have one as a compny car that I have to drive once in a while. Taking it for a trip to detroit next week. It is embarrassing to drive, the thing is so lame looking. It is supposed to appeal to younger kids, did we grow a generation of dorks? lol, I hate driving it around.
