Were you this (http://home.earthlink.net/~peterandnicole/Files//dumbshiznit.wmv) stupid at that age? I hope I wasn't!

That is very dumb, but I think it was funny, especially when his shoes caught on fire. What a idiot!

more stupid "jackass" style stunts.

Kids fill a 'melon' with some type of 'lighter fluid". They drop a match in it, someone has a bright idea to take a swing at it with a golf club. "As expected" the impact fans the fluid out which erupts in a nice little fireball.
Next scene: Guy does 'the fireball dance' flailing and screaming as friends chuckle and admire the show.

There are no end to these types of clips...

i did once set a big pile of leaves on fire (they were on an asphalt driveway) after pouring a bunch of coleman fuel(white gas) on them. some of the fuel had spilled on my hand, the same one i held the match with mind you, so when i lit the leaves some of the flame jumped up my hand. luckily i wasn't injured as it burn't off in like a second but it scared the crap out of me (no guys not literally) i was like 9 at the time. the leaves went up really quick too. i didn't do that again.

...yeah, but there's a difference between being 9 years old and ignorant/curious, and 12-15 years old and just f*cking stupid.

A few years ago I built a jump over a campfire and jumped over it on my bike. That was a little stupid but nobody was harmed.

I remember in my chemistry class in high school my friend picked up the bunsen burner while it was still lit. And there was this crack on the hose. So the gas just leaked onto my friends hand and it caught on fire. The funny part was that he just stood there admiring the his flaming right hand. Afterwards he was saying the reason he just stood there was because he was imagining himself to be like M. Bison from the street fighter games. lmao oh btw only the hair on his hand were burned off. what cracks me off even more was that to snuff out the flames he throws his hand into a beaker full of acid. I know it wasn't hydrochlroric acid. Even though the acid was pretty weak, the idea of his skin start melting off was funny. The chemistry teacher was about to faint too. lol

You know what high school kids are stupid. And how stupid was I? Fortunately I don't remember. haha

...and again, there's a big difference between doing something like that (arguably "safe"... it's a fire, but wood's not going to splash on you and possibly burn you as bad as kerosene) and jumping off of a 5 story hotel into a shallow pool...

Y&Y, part mishap, part dumb-dee-dumb-dumb... hahahaha... the acid part is kinda funny (most HS chem-lab acid beakers i knew of were weaker than cola)
