ibfubar2000 03-03-2005, 05:03 PM The RX8 does not come that way from factory. What I did was buy the RX8 emblem that goes in the back of the RX8 and stuck it in the front. I think it was about $20.00 or so. You can buy it from any Mazda dealer parts dept.
XDEEDUBBX 03-03-2005, 05:04 PM haha thats custom man!...i believe its in the do it yourself forum...anyone care to step in??

ezrider55 03-03-2005, 05:21 PM Or you can use a blow dryer to remove the one from the rear and place it up front. Then buy a polak decal for the center break light in the rear.

ezrider55 03-03-2005, 06:12 PM Go to Vendors forum at bottom of main page for Polak. you can get decal to match color of your 8. As to attaching the badge to the front I afraid I have to tell you to do a search as I have not done it yet.
Overport 03-03-2005, 06:23 PM Yeah, the car doesn not come that way fromt he factory.
You can do a custom job yourself by buying the emblem from any Mazda Dealer Parts Dept.

Nice plug
brothervoodoo 03-03-2005, 07:36 PM Nice plugReally smooth too.. especially when it has nothing to do with the original question!!! :) j/k...
jaimesix 01-03-2011, 05:59 PM That emblem ( RX 8 on trunk backside ) is not the same as the factory RX-8 emblem as shown in factory depictions of the RX-8 on the grille.
That grille emblem is larger. The trunk RX8 emblem would look very small if affixed to the grille. The factory depicted emblem is large, has a dramatic effect.
jasonrxeight 01-03-2011, 06:02 PM nice bump a 5 yo thread.

What the hell is the problem with you. Do you get pissed because someone talks about RX8s? Go over to VW Bug sites then.
This issue was never answered the proper way, the emblem in question is not the rear emblem, not a license plate .
Who cares if you get pissed because "it is a 5 y/o post". So what? If you are so smart, come on, tell me, where can I purchase that badge?
Go bitch somewhere else. Who needs bitches in here?
Tiler02 01-04-2011, 06:41 AM All it is is white vinyl on a black backing plate.

No one said I was pissed. I just found it amusing that someone bumped a five year old thread. You need a bong hit more than I originally thought. Wow!
