How many people intend to use personalised plates on there cars?

I just bought my reg this morning.

N1 RXB and by all accounts RXB seems to be a common denominator.

What you intending to do?

Sorry - my fault. I started the whole 'RXB' thing back in Jan...

Incidently I went for 'M5 RXB' or "M's RX8''...

I'll prolly get a XN RXB plate sometime after I get the car.

Depends ona few things, mainly I want to mount the plate off to the side, or at least get as short a plate as I can.

Why dont you get a "sticky" plate to look like a jag e type just under the badge on the bonnet. Thats what im going for.

I too have considered a private plate ending in RXB, as said there seems to be loads arouns and prices are cheap starting at £250. Still not convinced as to how it will look though considering the plate must be a legal "B" which now looks less like an 8 than ever due to the tails on the top and bottom left side of the letter?

On a side issue does anyone know why there are no "e" prefixed plates?

I got R8 PEW for the same reason. I was briefly tempted by W1 RXB (Wankel 1 or White 1 (surname)) but it was £1000 which eventually put me off (thankfully).

Following on from this theme,

I was thinking as a way of identifying everyone....

later on when we eventually get out cars.... and registrations.

why dont we start a thread of reg plates much like this one so when the pro-drive date looms we have a way of an initial recognition. Not the best way i admit but for some it breaks the "is he or isnt he" or she as the case may be routine.

Incidently my name is Craig Wallace hence the login id. (think im a bit of bond character myself - well i have met Sean and we are both sweaty socks.)
