Let me also say, that some of these pics I've NEVER seen.. and they give exquisite detail!

The Reverse IS the bottom right.

There's an in-dash 6CD changer, and a mini-disc player!

On one of the pictures (this one (http://media.mazda.ch/dossiers/Wankel/images/hi-res/rx-8-10.jpg) ), you can even see the PLASTIC still on the steering wheel!

Amazing detail on these guys, check em out!

Hercules, good find.

Most of the images have been seen before but not at such high resolution. Finally there is enough detail to see how the dash is laid out and I like it! :D :D :D

For shame! You guys have got to use the search function more often (or at least browse old topics!) ;)

See http://www.rx8forum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=149
Most of those pictures have been around since the last Tokyo auto show.

Thanks for posting the link though, there were 1 or 2 pictures I hadn't seen yet.

(That picture of the interior has been my desktop since last November :p )

Good find, Matt. Got me a new wallpaper (http://media.mazda.ch/dossiers/Wankel/images/hi-res/rx-8-24.jpg) now. :)

Actually, being the owner of a second gen. RX-7, I was a little insulted.

Check out the history…Cosmo, RX-3, RX-5, first Gen. RX-7, third gen. RX-7 & now the RX-8. I get the impression the second gen. isn’t something Mazda wants to be remembered for. Kinda’ like a disco star attempting to create a new image of something. Is it just me or was the second gen. conspicuously absent???

Well considering that was compiled by a 3rd party, I don't think it matters too much :)
