Did anyone order from Thousand Oaks Mazda?
I think they messed up my pre-Order. I have a bad feeling I'm in the Dealer Allocation. My dealer can't tell me my VIN or which allocation I'm in. I whined to rx8orders about not getting the book so I suspect I'm not in the pre-Order. Mazda Corp. promised to send me the book but they also give me the standard deflection answer of not having any data.
Arg...:mad:
My dealer claims that there are two orders ahead of me. Is it you? Or maybe you know who the orders belong to.

Okay, my dealer actually came through. I got my VIN and he said I should be able to take delivery in the first week of July.
One problem, I'm no longer interested in the Titanium Grey. I'm switching my order in couple of hours and I am going to have to wait several more months to take delivery. So if anyone is interested, the dealer will have a titanium grey, 6sp, sports package, with navigation for sale.

That's what I oredered exactly. I'm in the 3rd allocation because I'm going on several trips in the coming months. Hmm... Maybe I should pick that one up? Anymore info?

DAMN IT! I havent gotten my VIN #, I was PROMISED " 1st Allocation for Rx-8s "... HMMMM the first allocation was already arrived, but according to my dealership, they havent begun production... how fucking clueless can u be!? I dont even work for mazda and I know more about what is going on. However, I do want to change my order to make the car cheaper so I can put cool stuff on it :)

Here's the car that I cancelled to change my order. It's wierd that someone else ordered the same exact car. I'm kinda glad I changed my order now.

I am in the same boat as you... possibly!
What exactly did you order, we can check out the inventory list to find your VIN. That's how I found mine today.
I am happy with the deal I got from Heritage.
