I was hoping the story I heard on the radio this morning would make the oddly enough news today....there was a guy in northeast philly who was running around naked pulling people out of their cars and biting them. They finally caught him when he pulled a female cop from her car and bit her arm.

Some people are just weird, call it whatever you want, but they're just weird.

still not as bad as the lady who ripped the mans ball sac off with her bare hands...now THATS bad...
