Now that we have VINs, who has actually closed the deal with their dealer and actually signed the purchase contract?

Not until I get my test drive, though I can't imagine I'd find any reason to turn it down.

didnt really think about it. i will probably talk to the sales manger this week and se if he has time to work on the deal. no big hurry until the car gets here. also i dont want to sign final papers until car gets here in case it falls off the boat/truck (if it does im just going to cry!!) or something and also i dont want to start my monthly payments yet. though i have already ordred accessories, so i know im going to get it.
