The fast and the furious 2 was pretty good alot better than the first one more action. Also everything that the actors said was correct, unlike vin in the first one with the famous line "Granny clutching instead of double shifting" Ps i think this is what he said i have not seen the movie for a long time.

I watched the Italian Job tonight... was pretty good :)

i just got home from watching it, good shit. alot of of humour in it also. people need to understand that this is a hollywood movie made to ENTERTAIN people, its not suppose to be a documentary

People gotto understand that John Singleton hasn't made a good movie.... he's a hack!

he made Boyz 'n' the Hood which i thought was pretty good...and the brotha'z gotta make some money to pay da billz! he prolly got a hefty sum to direct the movie which i'm sure any of us would take cuz you KNOW you'd love to work with all the cars! (although i heard none of the cars were actually suped up with performance parts but were RICED to very extent of the word - meaning stickers and body kits for parts that aren't even there)

im just disappointed at the lack of performance parts on the cars. I'm not blaming the director either. his crew prolly doesnt know the difference from a piston or an intake. Im upset cuz there was a casting call for real cars and that is where they picked the stars for 2F2F. Which means the people whose cars were chosen sucked to begin with. Thats frustrating. Oh yeah and all the CG effects and computer generated car scenes are frustrating. CG should be used to enhance a car chase, not replace the cars!!

I have not seen the second one yet, but if you just think about it as what is ment to be, entertainment, than it can be really enjoyable. I like critizing F&F as much as the next guy, but it is kind of fun to watch.

I saw the first one on video. It was pretty damned stupid. Not gonna waste my money on the second one.

if you just take it in good fun, and remember that this is a movie for ricers by ricers, you can actually enjoy it.

That is exactly how I felt about it.:)

They had a short segment on "Super Tuner TV" a couple weeks ago featuring the Eclipse and Evo from F&F 2. They said the cars were actually crap, more hollywood props than anything else.

My 2 cents on F&F: find the people here who say it was actually good and I probably disagree with most of their posts. They will also probably be the small group of members that use terms like "wtf" and "sikk". :D

*scoff* the first time i saw that movie, i nearly CLAWED my eyes... it was painful... but then i took it as unseriously as i could, and just laughed... then all was well, and i didn't need to get driven to the hospital with pencils sticking out of my ears. :)

I would've enjoyed it alot more as a Mystery Science Theatre 3,000 special. As is, the terrible acting, junior-high-level script, idiotic, utterly predictable "plot" and painfully stupid dialogue made me glad I didn't pay for the rented video. And EVEN THEN I felt cheated out of two hours of my time!

As for all the "if you don't take it too seriously, it's good" stuff; sorry, but if I'm going to pay for anything (including entertainment), I want it to be worth my money and time.

F&F was horrible. Last weekend I ended up watching Finding Nemo instead of 2F2F(2fools2f**k*dintheA$$). I'll say this PIXAR makes good movies. It was really funny. Especially those stoned surfer turtles.:D

...what's frustrating about the F&F movies is I"M SURE the directors/producers/actors ALL were probably very satisfied in accomplishing what they set out to do... so, in this case i'm laughing AT them, not with them... ;)
