Well I have been casually looking for a new job for a month or so. Interviewed last week. Today I got a call from a recruiter and while I was on the phone with the recruiter, the other company called to offer me a job. Kind of feels good, especially since I haven't been so happy in my current job. I decided to take the offer :) No more travelling (My current job is a consultant). Long commute though (50 miles). Just more time in the 8 :D Polak watch out - I will be driving through your area every day soon.

I had the same thing happen to me last august...after months of looking for a decent job with no bites, i had 8 interviews in 2 weeks, and two offers made on the same day. i'm at a job now that has/will provide more for my life then i could ever asked..funny though, I have a pretty long commute as well, 35 miles.

its a good feeling to say the least, especially when you're still in college!
