I read a lot about people contacting "Rx8 Orders" to inquire about vin info. Could someone explain exactly what "rx8 orders is? And please post the the email address and/or the phone number in order to reach them

rx8orders@mazdausa.com is an email address which is part of Mazda's Customer Assistance Center which can be reached toll-free at 1-800-222-5500.

If you happen to be in the pre-order program, they should be able to verify such, some forum members have said that they
were able to get their VIN numbers from them.

Actually, I know found this email from rx8orders and it indicates that they can't do much "until" you get your VIN. Once you have it then supposedly they could give you status and ETA, etc..

In regards to your e-mail request, the VIN is provided by the Mazda dealership (with which you signed a contract) when the dealership receives factory build confirmation. At that time, once you provide a VIN, we would be happy to check the ETA for you.
