Here are from the Jan 29th accident in Long Island, NY. Is this enough damage to have the bumper replace or just have the bumper fixed? What do you all think?

The estimate will cost nothing. There are a lot of plastic pieces inder the bumper cover on the sides and those may be cracked as well. Might be repairable, but the loss of effectiveness of the shock absorbing materials underneath probably warrants replacement of the cover too. Have the issues been worked out with the other driver?
