Ah damn. So i'm parking in Yaletown where the spots are tight for a mini - and as i turn into the lot i hear the dreaded - CHUNK, and i know i've clipped the curb/barrier. Bonehead - totally my fault for doing three things at once (cell phone headset is ringing and my two year old is screaming cause he doesn't want to go home for dinner.)

Sigh. I haven't had to get any work done on a car in a long time - not going to claim this insurance wise though as im a new insurant in BC. Anyone stab at an estimate for $'s? Am getting Craftsman to look at it next week. Luckily the back door is unharmed other than a minor paint scratch.

 

Ouch...sorry to see the damage. The dent to the rocker panel is pretty deep, so it depends if they repair or replace. Kind of difficult to really estimate, but I think you are looking at around $1500 easily. Just a guess by all means I am no expert. Good luck!
