I really didnt want to have to chime in on this but I don't think I can take it anymore..
Rx8wannahave (and the list of others who think gays are evil/mutations/etc.) - I don't tell you how to live your life so why do you have the right to tell me how to live mine?
Also if your god is all knowing and he created everything around you, wouldnt that, by default, mean that your god also created gays/lesbians, etc?
I mean in todays world has everyone forgotten the meaning of "do unto others"?
And you want to talk about perserving marrage?? Then ban divorces end of story.
One last piece of the rant, what ever happened to seperation of Church and State? Last I check marrige had something to do with the church. If Catholics don't want to let Gays marry, thats fine, it's their relegion let them do with it what they will but dont involve the government.

Thanks for chiming in eclps0. I hope you realize that a lot of the people commenting in this thread are on your side. Not everyone is against gay marriage.
Can you get rid of that Blue? It looks like a bad xray or you drank too much Blue Gatoraid.
Just kidding.
I wonder if this tread is going to last the day?

Following are those states - along with the voting percentages - that voted on and approved a constitutional amendment defining marriage as the union of a man and a woman.
State / Nov. 2 Results (for - against)
Arkansas / 75% - 25%
Georgia / 77% - 23%
Kentucky / 75% - 25%
Michigan / 59% - 41%
Mississippi / 86% - 14%
Montana / 66% - 34%
North Dakota / 73% - 27%
Ohio / 62% - 38%
Oklahoma / 76% - 24%
Oregon / 57% - 43%
Utah / 66% - 34%
Comparable initiatives have passed in several other states - Alaska, Hawaii, Nebraska, Nevada, Missouri, and Louisiana - by similar margins over the past few months. These referendums on marriage are seen by some as a backlash to a 4-3 decision by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in November 2003 that legalized same-sex marriage in that state.

On part one, I already tried that angle. Doc said gay people come from butt-sex.
On part two, Christians in this country forgot that part along time ago. Something about the secular world destroying their way of life, or something.

California prohibits gay marriages, and Massachusetts does not allow nonresident gays to "marry" there.

Doc nothing against you but i would love to see you in my shoes or somebody elses shoes that are gay.
u find real joy in making people feel like crap dont you. to me it seems pretty pathethic
And since you are so religious and you are a doctor i wonder if seeing a gay person in the hospital changes your way you help them......
