spoke to my dealer this past week. he told me that he had 5 cars that had serial numbers with mine being one of them! he told me that my car started production early april. since my order # was 200304000509, i'm guessing that the first 6 digits indicate the year and month that your car will start the build process. then the exciting thing is he told me that my car was shipped from japan may 12th, with an expected arrival at the dealer late june. he specifically quoted june 28th, but obviously you can never really know, right? anyway, just thought i'd let you guys know that there's probably less than a month before we start seeing them on the road! after 5 damn months of waiting it's almost over... one more month to go (for all of us first allocation people at least :P)

I doubt your car shipped May 12th. That was probably when it went into production. It probably shipped closer to the end of May. The late June is what a lot of dealers are saying so that is probably accurate.
