i ahve another 5 hours...tommrow off to the dealership to get my car buffed by them..oh joy

staying home renting some movies ,it gonna snow about 6 to 10 inches so not much to do.

I've got 2 hours... Hey Slim, have you been outside today? I met my room mate at Central Market for lunch and it was absolutely gorgeous!!! I had the windows down and the roof open, hearing the purr of the engine.... man, there's nothin' else like it. Gotta enjoy it while you can!

I'm going out to dinner with friends tonight. Washing and waxing my baby tomorrow morning. Driving up to Newport Beach for a party tomorrow night. Then watching football on Sunday.

I'm gonna play Counter-strike till my eyes bleed. And count the number of servers I get banned from for allegedly hacking. :D

Tonight...sit at home and watch movies. Tomorrow morning at 6:30a.m...take car into shop to find out why CEL has been on for three weeks. 7:00a.m. - 1:30p.m. sit my butt in the service waiting room and watch Judge Judy or some other equally entertaining worthless show while trying to talk to the other people in the waiting room because I am so very bored. All this only to get my car back from the guy who will say nothing was really wrong with it...we cleared the code and either reflashed it or deflashed it and the other parts that we ordered a month ago are not in yet (rear defroster button, center console button, spring for cigarette lighter compartment)...at which point I will take them for a drive around the block to try to recreate the LOUD rattle that I have coming from the back somewhere (I don't every ride back there so I can't figure out where it is coming from), that he will never hear. Finally I will leave unsatisfied as usual, find my boyfriend and spend the rest of the weekend hanging out with him doing whatever we decide to do (getting drunk at this point will probably be preferable in order to take the bite out of getting bad service yet again). Justification will come in a phone call on Monday from the dealership asking whether or not I was satisfied...and I will yet again get to say "no...absolutely not!!!"

If it were an awesome weekend...the CEL would magically disappear today and I would not have to take it in, then who knows...that opens up a whole new world of possibilities with the 8 extra hours on Saturday that I will have.

I'm driving down to Great Falls, Montana with a couple buddies so we can go to Hardee's and get a Monster Thickburger! :D They don't have Hardee's in Canada :(

There it is... 53 minutes til quitting time and my whole weekend just got screwed. I owe my cousin some help (since he helped me last weekend) and I owe my grandmother (since she, well, she's my grandmother)

Yeah, but he's family, but not blood. His Grandpa is My Grandpa through marriage. Something like that... He's not really my grandpa, but he's the only one I've known. You are much greater than one in a million. I've seen very very few girls actually watch football, much less have a reasonable pick!

1. Fixing a leak in the house.
2. Visiting Home Depot for supplies to fix the leak.
3. Visit Cosco in Plano for food.
4. Sunday brunch in Richardson.

Going to pack the family in the 8 tomorrow for a drive up to Sechelt. After we get off the ferry we'll pick up my Grandma and take her to lunch, drive her home, then come home on an afternoon Ferry. From there, it's a nice drive out to a friends housewarming party in Maple Ridge.

Sunday brings a re-install of my home computer OS, and moving some furniture. Probably play a bit of Mercenaries on the X-box and Katamari Damacy with my wife. New King size bed arrives in the afternoon. I look forward to my best sleep in many many nights!

I know, it's going to be awesome! I've got a bad back too, so hopefully this will help out.

It's soooo comfortable... and we got some medium-high thread count egyptian cotton sheets as well.

Sure, I'll give an update too. Friday every freaking car wash in Carrollton was broke so I didn't wash my car. Went into Dallas and saw a few live bands on Fri night. Then I was lazy most of Saturday and went out Saturday night (enough said). Sunday I drove 2 hours to my grandma's house, down a gravel road (yes... dirty again), to fix her computer. So other than Saturday night, my weekend wasn't that great...

My weekend consisted of installing a new grphics card and 200 gig hard drive on my computer....played with the kids.........washed and cleaned out my car.


...its all good! :)

We got pulled over going through US customs for about an hour...they searched the car and brought dogs out and everything. They wouldn't even let us take a piss while they were searching the car. We were making a video of the trip and had taped where the customs lady asked us what are purpose of going into the US was, but when we got the car back those customs jerks had taped over that part! :( And there were dog footprints all over the leather! jeeeeez

Being dumb and all, we used the same reason on our return to Canada and got pulled over and search again. No dogs this time, though, and they did let us use the washroom :)
