Tell me, what is the mazda emblem...?
I think it's a bird of some sort.

I think it's a bird of some sort. devious12 01-20-2005, 11:18 PM I think it's an "M" just a guess tiger91 01-20-2005, 11:22 PM It's supposed to be wings, and an M and a V. Don't forget the circle.... Here's what the company's website says about it: "Capturing the spirit of Mazda, the stylized "M" evokes an image of wings in flight and symbolises Etude's flight towards the futue. The "V" in the centre of the "M" spreads out like an opening fan, representing the creativity, vitality, flexibility and passion that is Mazda. The symbol as a whole expresses the sharp, solid feeling that Mazda will be seeking in all of its products. The dynamic circle symbolises our readiless to spread our wings as we enter the 21st century." I think it's some kind of over-simplified Rorscharch design. Could just be me, though? :) Omicron 01-20-2005, 11:24 PM It's a "flying M" - looks like an M (for Mazda) and a bird. Mazda's fly. youpey 01-21-2005, 01:25 AM the M for mazda, the wings, mazda giving us the bird when our stuff breaks and they say our warantee was voided for not having your washer fluid bottle filled. just playing i love my mazda devious12 01-21-2005, 08:16 AM the M for mazda, the wings, mazda giving us the bird when our stuff breaks and they say our warantee was voided for not having your washer fluid bottle filled. just playing i love my mazda That's mad funny Labop 01-21-2005, 10:16 AM the M for mazda, the wings, mazda giving us the bird when our stuff breaks and they say our warantee was voided for not having your washer fluid bottle filled. just playing i love my mazda that's really messed up. but funny. :D Paul_in_DC 01-21-2005, 11:18 AM ... Maryann Macklebee was 14 and he was 38. The family agreed to a wedding if the Mad Monk had a pewter family crest screwed into his forehead. This would provide a symbolic testimonial to his love and dedication, while warding off aggressive young tarts from nearby villages. He agreed and soon Marcus, the Mad Monk of Madison married Maryann Mucklebee, daughter of Millie and Mathew Mucklebee. During their honeymoon, Marcus discovered the pewter emblem reacted oddly to the biochemical characteristics of flesh. G-ReX 01-21-2005, 10:34 PM The mazda emblem actually originated around 1705, when a poor potato farmer's daughter fell in love with the Mad Monk of Madison.
