i'm just curious how many guys we have on the forum that work for mazda.

salespeople
service techs
regional managers
etc.

"raise your hand if you're sure!"

if i "knew" that i wouldn't have started the thread. and if everyone else "knew" that there wouldn't be so many, "does mazda read this forum?" questions strewn about the boards.

thnx 4 the 411.

unofficially...there are a few guys on here that are (or claim to be) mazda employees. my goal was to consolidate...not to get them fired.

maybe i should do a poll instead so that anonymity is protected.

yeah, how cool would it be to get a "bob hall"-type developer (like on miata.net) on this forum... (of course, he/she would have to speak english fluently too) :D

Why the fluent English requirement? About 50% of the Americans on this board write at maybe a 4th grade skill level, use foul language constantly and create new words to replace perfectly fine words that already exist.

50% is a bit harsh, it's just a few people but your point is valid. The inability to spell is the most worrying aspect of it.

There isn't much to gain from announcing to the public on this forum that you are a Mazda employee. It just invites all sorts of unwanted attention, and sometimes even some hate and discontent.

I mean, think about it. If there was someone on this forum who openly admitted that he was a Mazda employee, he/she would be inundated with requests for chachkas, special favors, information that they aren't allowed to divulge, and hammered with complaints about books, pre-order status, etc. etc. They might tell some of us in private, requesting us to keep it hush-hush, but I doubt anyone who would openly announce that they are an MNAO employee.
