COST: $10 PER VENDOR VEHICLE (A car with trailer, truck with trailer or tractor trailer is considered one vehicle.)

WHERE: In the South side parking lot at the SAM HOUSTON RACE PARK on Beltway 8.

REFRESHMENTS: Food and Beverages will be available to be purchased.

ADVERTISING: We will advertise this Super Saturday Swap Meet in all local newspapers!

OUR GOAL: Make this the biggest one-day event for all the Houston area car clubs!

HOW CAN YOU HELP? Tell all your friends, car club buddies, vendors, neighbors, strangers, and everyone else about this Super Saturday event. The more participants, the better for everyone.

The Spring Creek Antique Automobile Association (SCAAA) will be sponsoring a Super Saturday Swap Meet 02/19/05 at the Sam Houston Race Park. This will be a one-day event. All car clubs in the Greater Houston Area are being invited to attend and sell your surplus auto parts and any and all other (legal) items that may be cluttering up your garage, attic or store room.

This is a great chance for individuals to sell those items that are no longer needed, but may be someone else’s treasure. This is not limited to just car related items. Any good sellable items can be brought for sale as long as they do not violate any laws or regulations. You may have some antiques, furniture items, computers, audio and visual equipment, collector items, CD’s, or many other types of items just looking for a buyer. Come on out and bring it all and make some money.

The cost for this one-day event will be only $10 per vehicle (includes your trailer too!) with free parking for everyone and no entry fee for customers. Food and beverages will be available for sale.

No registration will be required. It is a very simple swap meet and garage sale. All you have to do is show up, pay your vendor/seller fee of $10 and line up and start selling. Entry for sellers will be on a first come, first served basis, so come early. The Super Saturday Swap meet hours will be from 7AM until dark. Vendors can start setting up at 6 AM on February 19.

We will be canvassing the vendors during the swap meet starts to see how many vendors are present from each car club. We will be giving away fun gifts at random to car club participants. We also hope to be able to provide a prize for the club that has the most member vendors at the meet. We encourage competition among the clubs to see who can bring the most vendor/sellers.

Our goal is to make this the very best, biggest and most successful one-day swap meet ever in the Houston area. Come on out and help us make it happen, make a little money and have fun.

I'd love to sell all my parts I removed off my silver x8 at the meet, but may not get enough locals that need stock stuff.....thinking of adding into ebay or the one here.only problem is some of the stuff u can't even give away. :(
