The Gold program has come to the end. The great news is we simply moved all our prices to the Gold prices.

The reason for this was we were having thousands of people signing up every week for Gold and we could not process them all in a timely manner so it was delaying their ordering.

We will be doing a major modification of the website in the next two months and it will have a better coupon code system. When we get new products in we'll post coupon codes on the forum for new products that are eligible for discount. The current products that are Gold priced will remain at their lower price point for everyone. We will have the coupon codes organized on here since RX8club.com is where Mazdaparts.com has its origins and so the discounts are only for you guys.

you will see lower prices. FOr instance the HU/DVD/PIE package price for members is not the $180 you see advertised . you will see a lower price. :)

and if you go into your account settings in the web site ypu should see gold status.

There is no way for me to make it show both prices. Gold and default. once you go gold you will see the lower prices.. if you are curious then you can log back into the web site under a diffrent user name you will see the non gold prices.

the items that have gold pricing well say Gold priceing available. on the item discription.
so far theres only a few itmes that are gold.. IE the Key... if you see a price of 170 then you are gold..

The only way to see the diffrance is to log in as a non gold user. The web site changes the prices you see based on your status. So you wont see the the non gold price. Once you are logged in as Gold thats what you see. :).. I will have more gold priceing soon.. IE the Greddy turbo kit and others.

when you sign in to the website you are accessing through a secure connection, this is to protect the customer...but their should be a way for your browser to end the security information request without compromising the secure connection...

if you are in internet explorer:

Go into:
1. Tools
2. Internet Options
3. click tab: security
4. Click icon: trusted sites
5. Click button: sites
6. Add: https://www.mazdaparts.com/ (notice the https instead of http)
7. Click 'Add'
8. Click ok to close both windows and you are ready to go

For firefox users:
1. It should work just fine already but if not I'll post directions for adding safe websites to firefox if requested.

did you get the email about the login update?

there should be an email with a new password and login...this was a security measure since the new site has much more complex encryption to protect your data

if you email your real name to sales@mazdaparts.com another email can be sent to you with the new login information...then you can change the password to what you want

definitely do a re-registration

after the server upgrade many of the login information banks were destroyed as it did not comply with the rigorous security checks of the new server

go ahead and re-register and then email your name (not username) to sales@mazdaparts.com and your account will be made gold and an email will be sent informing you of this.
