ZoomRX8BoyZoom, Gold status should be attained before purchase. The pricing for some items is the same as Gold pricing, this is due to competitive pricing on items. Trying to think of a way to clean that out since our filter is too aggressive. Maybe a code inserted into the email that we can filter directly for...wait that is the answer. It is now Wednesday and my e-mail to sales (sent last Friday) concerning gold status (post order) with the original sales invoice e-mail still is yet to be answered. So like my last post I am more concerned about customer service. No follow up on that e-mail will force me to ordering via someone else in the furture. The reason for this was we were having thousands of people signing up every week for Gold and we could not process them all in a timely manner so it was delaying their ordering. We will be doing a major modification of the website in the next two months and it will have a better coupon code system. When we get new products in we'll post coupon codes on the forum for new products that are eligible for discount.
