i was wondering if twin superchargers is possible, i know that u can have the most, 4 turbos (check out the buggati it has 4 small japanese turbos) but can u have atleast 2 superperchargers in a car? i think i seen a 2003 lexus SC with twin superchargers, and can u put 3 or 4 superchargers, im just curius people:D

uhhh.. could, but why would you want to?? having one geared for low rpm, then one geared for high rpm would involve a lot of extra crap to have one feeding the engine, then swap over... not to mention you'd need a big engine to drive all that crap, and a big car to put that monster in...

it's Bugatti-only territory.

simplicity wins out.

Someone on this forum posted a picture of a Corvette with twin superchargers. To me it looked as though each supercharger was feeding one bank of cylinders.

Hmmm.... can't find the link anymore. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did. If I remember correctly, I think it was posted by joofntool.

well heres some specs of the SC (its a japanese verion so ill be a toyota cause toyota makes lexus)
the engine is a 4.2L V-8 (315hp @ 5,750 rpm and 376lb-ft @ 4,800 rpm), the superchargers are BLITZ Compressor C7 twin superchargers and its a 2001 , u can see it in the November version of the Super Street Magazine :D , yes i used to like rice but not as much, and im addicted to super street:D

Don't forget about the Aston Martin DB8 with twin 112 CID positive displacement S/C's V8 one of my all time favorites :p

otw to work evey morning i pass a dealership with various aston martin db7's volante's and a porshe and a ferrari dealership.......
