Do you have any traditions that you do on friday nights? Purposefully or not?

It seems that somehow, every friday night, my friends always end up at Applebee's. It starts out with someone saying "I'm Hungry" (at 11-12 at night). At this point, everyone in the group knows that the night is doomed to Applebee's. Please tell me that there are people that have a LOT more fun than this on friday nights. :rolleyes:

Typically on Friday nights I meet a group of people up at a pool hall I frequent..

I think most of the Lounge regulars have been latched onto that WoW thing. I hardly see them post anymore. Either that, or you guys are venturing to other sections of the forum and I'm not paying attention. :p

Our group spends every Friday night at El Meson for some live music and MARGHARITAS!! :)

EDIT: I think most of the Lounge regulars have been latched onto that WoW thing. I hardly see them post anymore. Either that, or you guys are venturing to other sections of the forum and I'm not paying attention. :p

what usually ends up happening is a night of social drinking and mingling (read: drunken mayhem at a popular bar), as this dies down (read: getting kicked out at 2am damn pennsylvania laws on when to drink) we head down to a local diner named Minellas and have ourselves some sobering up :). friday or saturday usually not both, but one or the other.

yep i pulled a WoW marathon this weekend. played pretty much non stop. :D

dont get too engrossed in the game you know for the rest of us lol. Ive seen people succumb fully to EQ, its not pretty well at least they arent anymore.

Not fridays, but for 2 years or so myself and the roommates would go out to the local cheap mexican diner on thursday nights, it was so bad that the staff there knew what meal each of us was going to order

my new friday night tradition is heading up to Main Event to play some Texas hold'em with my ex-fiancee and her new b/f...kinda weird but its gets interesting when we all get a few drinks in the system!!!
