Nissan has just suspended production for 5 days due to a shortage of steel! Imagine, competition for resources....... who woulda thought?

I suspect that unless global demand for raw materials diminishes, that plus the drop in U$ will result in higher prices for foreign produced finished goods.

As long as China is around the deman for raw material isn't going to go down.
