In one of the interviews with the mazda execs (i forget which one) it states that the target weight will be 2600-2700 I believe. This is lighter than the FD.

I heard 2700 lbs as well, thats gonna be super duper for the twisty curveys. Can you tell im giddy for this car? its like Christmas!

in the road and track it says 2950 :mad:

2950 is not bad, considering 250hp, 4 seats, 4 doors. Plus in R&T they said it still felt very light on it's feet and handling was great.
