All right I think I may have scared a few people by only putting RX-7 in the title of my other thread. I am sorry. I know they are faster but you don't have to be afraid any longer. I am here to help. I have taken an interest in psychology and I just read the chapter on coping methods so I got you covered. Any how this sunday at 2:00 pm on the fourth floor south end of the Streets of Woodfield movie theatre parking garage, a few rotary enthusiasts are going to gather for a leisurely jaunt through the country side. Let me be very clear, the RX-7 guys will not be allowed to hurt you in any way. I have negotiated safe passage through the parking garage with their leader. I cannot go into great detail about the terms, but I will dearly miss my first born when it comes, some day far into the future. Seriously I skulk around the message boards and always read about how we (RX-8 owners) never get together. Well people this our chance to make a differance (pounds fist on desk in triumph)! We can show those RX-7 guys that we are NOT just a bunch of green behind the ears rotary owners. We are organized, and if we put all of our brain cells together we can meet in a specified place at a specified time without the help of our wives (or parents depending on your age) (oh sorry girlfriend, boyfriends or some other important person). Well anyway I have to go take my medication so if you are not doing anything Sunday afternoon come out for a meeting of the piston challenged.

I was thinking if it wouldnt be better off doing it tomorrow on the 30th Oct, Sat. Same location as you have mentioned but it tomorrow, because alot of people are always out so you can have alot of people turn heads with a big group of rotary powered cars cruising around.

 

There will probably be alot of Halloween parties tomorrow. This will probably be an issue for many people. Also I am not the person who put this together. I am just relaying information that I got from rx7club so it is not really my call. There seems to be alot of interest on their thread and there are a few people who have shown interest on my other thread so it should be a really good turn out. I met some of those guys last weekend and we had apretty good time despite their only being a few of us.

 

Well then the only time i would most likely make it would be after 5pm ord for sure be there at 6pm thats on a sunday of course.

there may be other meets, but this is going to be the last one involving a caravan of sorts. That of course depends on whether someone else organizes another cruise.

 

FYI everything still looks good for today at 2:00. I also beleive there are going to be a few video cameras so you have a chance of becoming famous.
