I just got GTA San Andreas and I must say that this is the best GTA installment yet!!!! The map is sprawling, and you get alot of "freedom".... All you GTA fans out there will LOVE this one.

on a side note, I've never had to stand in line 30 mins for a video game before... Electronic Boutique was rammed and it was all preorders.

If you ever wanted to act like an ignorant gang banger without the fear of getting smoked... this is definitely your game :D

If you're talking about the Viper than yeah. If I ever caught one in a chase in my squad car. I would get out and slap him and tell him to get back in his car and say let's try this again. :D

How is the micro-management for your character? Is it tedious or does it blend into the game well? That was the only part I was concerned about. I don't want to waste my time running on a treadmill or lifting weights in real life. Why would I want to do that in a video game? That tears it, I'm gonna make my guy as fat as possible. :D

Micro management is great

aside from looking good, you'd want to work out... if you get too fat you cant run much, cant take much of a beating nor dish one out either. ;)

working out is not a problem in the game.... If you're a verteran gamer you should be well versed in the "button tap" technique :D

I usually go to the gym after a completed mission.... only takes like a couple of minutes before you reach your daily limit... then go and save

That doesn't sound too bad. I was picturing something like, I have to sit there for 10 minutes buffing up my character each day. Can you dress your character up in a business suit? I wanna do that. :D

I'm sure you can because I know the game progresses to bigger things than just running the streets.

I'm still somewhat in the beginning so my character looks very "ghetto" in a "ghetto-fablulous" kinda way LOL. The only store I can afford to shop at for now is a "thug wear" store in the 'hood.... but I know you can go to malls in nicer parts of the city as the game progresses

I'm keeping it real till I can at least make a little more paper, G :D

I also want to wear a cigarette behind my ear. Even in a business suit, I'd keep a cigarette right behind my ear. I think that's cool. :D

But isn't the fronts thing more of an east coast style?

I'm east coast, so my character should be east coast. I'll stick out like a sore thumb, it'll be awesome. :)

Running is the best part about this game. If I hang around, I'll get blindsided by a speeding detective car or just plain shot in the back. I love hopping in a taxi cab and trying to run away until I find a sports car. Most of the time, I'll just piss off a cop by giving him a little nudge with a ferrari before speeding off. :D

This game is definitely the schiznits! Wesside! *Throws typical West Coast Gang sign online* So far I've played only about 30 minutes and it's a lot bigger in scope than the previous GTAs. The Maps are HUGE! Now only if I can carjack myself an RX-7.

I would get out and slap him and tell him to get back in his car and say let's try this again. :DYou would've loved my 575hp Toyota MR2 Turbo. I was pulled over in SoCal for racing a Mustang supercharged V8. The ticket was for 120+ mph however the police officer noted that I was going at least 160 mph. He admitted that he couldn't pace me at those speeds and that if I hadn't exited the highway he wouldn't have been able to catch me. Well that was the last time I did that kind of racing. And don't worry I don't drive like that anymore. :)

I'm very minimalist, I only mow down or shoot who I have to get rid of to complete the goal. Besides, I can just clip them in the knees with the bumper so they fall over without dying, but get pissed enough to chase me. :D

My next door neighbor owns a MR2 but I never see him drive it. It's white and always clean. Always in the same spot and no tag (which is illegal). :D But I don't say anything. I will ask him about his and why he never drives it when I see him

Haha. that would be a funny joke. I'll ask him about it when I see him. Another funny thing is the tires always look brand new and shiny. The car never looks like it has sat there for months. Something is fishy. Maybe he has figured out my work schedule and drives it then. sneaky sneaky :D

I will ask him about his and why he never drives it when I see himMine started out stock at 190hp. It was alright but needed a bit more umph... ;) So I did a little here and there and well 5 years later I had a Supra fuel rail, stage II turbo upgrade from turbonetics, a UPRD custom e-prom in the ECU, Bell Engineering intercooler, HKS Superdragger exhaust & cat back, High flow cat, the list goes on and on. I definitely don't want to drive that fast on a normal freeway again, maybe going to Vegas when no one is on the road and I can see for miles in front of me. But it was fun when I did it. After I was pulled over I started thinking about what 160+ mph would mean in an accident and had already decided (before they towed my car) that it wasn't going to happen again. Still I kicked the crap out of that Mustang. And I'll bet he was very suprised when it happened too. :D

9 Hours +, a Day off from work, this game rocks :) Btw, I haven't even done more than 3 missions, mostly just driving around and Tagging everything. 96, 4 more to go. Wonder if there is some sort of special car if I finish 100.
