If you're thinking of purchasing the 24-hour pass to mazdatechinfo.com's technical manuals, you might want to reconsider. I payed $20 for the subscription a couple of days ago and when I tried to access the manuals the page would not come up. I tried it on three different computers with no success. When I wrote to the support center to ask for help they never responded to me, so I payed $20 for nothing. Buyer beware.

Not the 1st, others here have used it before. This is the first complaint I've seen.

If your accessing it during peak day hours...it can take FOREVER to load...as its exactly the same database system the dealers use. Best time to jump on it is after shop hours, usually in the evening or weekend.

It is technically possible (using a variety of internet programs) to download the entire website if you know what your doing, and get basically a FSM for 20 bucks.
