just heard too from a friend. sad day. He was truely a hero.

I wouldn't go as far as saying Christopher Reeve is a hero. He was a good man, and he did his best to further push for spinal cord research. :)

Ken Caminiti died also. He was a baseball player. Superman dying is bigger news though.

he played a hero, then in real life showed it. he spent a lot of his time pushing for research and showed his heart and passion for helping others. Good man none the less.

My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.

He once said that he regretted some of the things he did as a younger man, but was happy that he could help make a difference later in life. He did that to the end.

Rest in peace, Chris.

Hey guys my idol just die, i'm sad :(

He was an inspiration by showing how much a person can accomplish and how rich a life can be lived even after such a tragedy.
