This new thread is a bit selfish but the generic problem
--lack of responsiveness, you would think has to change.

An Example: Web site shows no e-commerce contacts,
even with dealers who promote web sites, but must get no support from Mazda Canada.



My specific issue is trying to purchase a car from overseas.
I finish my work contract mid summer. I can get responses from any number of competitors but the RX-8 is the product I want
and I have flexibility if preorders all gone. Do I have to show up
in person to do a deal?
