I was considering between CX multi and volk Sf-challenge.
From endless research, I was able to just get the price on them.
about $2400 for CX and $2230 for SF.
But they didn't wanna tell me how much each weighed...
Can someone tell me which one I should go for and how much they weigh??

And um.. I think this question might sound dumb. But I have a titanium gray and I'm definitely going to install a carbon fiber hood later. So would it be a better idea to go with black or graphite to match the carbon fiber hood and my black tint
or match the car color and stay with gunmetal??

go call www.bulletproofautmotive.com and ask for weight. these guys are pro. i would suggest yu to get volks cuz volks are always the best and yes gunmetal's a great color

Oh, I'm sorry, the CX was around 2600-2700

not bad, I like the cx wheels personally. I got a good quote from wheelautohaus awhile back for 2400

Racing Hart CX.... Uh NO.

Take a look at the RACING HART CX pic on the Mazdaspeed RX8 on the racing hart website gallery. It looks amazing. I love both wheels but would say that RACING HART CX has yet to be done besides the one car!

what color is your 8?

i have the RH CX multi .. check out my garage ... it seems everyone has volks already. I plan on swapping the CX's out for HRE's one of these days.

I would post more pics but I've been putting money into the car and not a camera ... I usually go to meets to get photos taken of my car.

my 8's titanium, but i'm definitely going to put a CF hood, so the colors will match if i get darker rims.

yea, i've seen couple 8's with CX multi in silver, but none in graphite.
I would like to see one.

For sure this saturday the Bay Area should meet up, I think (every third saturday of each month?). When I do, I'll pauper around for some photo shots. I should update them anynow since I had the car lowered a bit.

As for graphite (or as I call it black :D ) I was going to get the gold CX rims, just to be different but someone told me that its always safer to go w/ silver :)

but if I had the RX8 in black, I'd probably would've gotten graphite 100%.

I forgot who posted these but, these are Volk SF Racing rims, the owner said he had to have them done in black, special order. I love and want them bad.

ya those are now readily available its the new Diamond BLack Sf challenge from Volk. Awesome!!
