What's that link have to do with safe sex. It lists the overall health of a city. It doesn't say anything about sex.

Lubbock, TX C- <-- had lots of sex there.. fortunately it was all with the same girl who wasnt from there.. Lubbock has the highest STD rate among teenagers.. highest teen pregnancy rate... and it's not cause of the college.. amazingly.. it's because of the high school.
