Please buy at least two weeks before this date. The rebate form must be postmarked by November 30,2004.

Is there a rebate form of some sort we need to print and fill out? I haven't seen the likes of one anywhere yet. Recently ordered $200+ worth of stuff so yeah...

all accesories, check the pdf listed on the site.... 20% rebate for total order over $500, and the rebate percentage goes down from there

the rebate should come with the items, you can request one from them if you dont' receive it

Tommy (Rosenthal Mazda) included one in my shipment, my dealer also just sent me one.

hmmmm i think i might have to pick up a mazdaspeed flywheel. Woudl i miss out on the discount if i order now but you dont' get the par tin until say nov. 31st or after?

Mazdaspeed flywheel is mazdaspeed...not included in the rebate. Like he said, no MS parts.

I still have not receieved my rebate check... What should I do? Do you have a phone number for me to call? If you remember, I made a substantial order awhile back.

I called them, and they show no record of my purchase or rebate form. :mad: I need to send it in again to a different address. I'll PM you for another record of my purchase, while I look through my file for what I sent originally.
