Honda must be spyng on our forum ,to combat the rx8 bmw z4,and 350z honda is bringing anew car called the honda s2200coupe ,from what ihave been able to find out its going to be faster than the s 2000 .Featuring a 2.2 liter i vtec engine producing 188kw and 235 nm the car is goig to appear at the next toyko motor show .SO much for the rx8 /honda s2000 comparisom there appears to be a new competitor in the race althoug this car is strictelly a 2 seaterHonda wants to overcome the inherit problems with the previous s2000 by creating a more low down torque delivery right thru the range by introducing what it calls the i I VTEC 2.2 i being for intelligent . i found this info by typing Honda s2200 concept. IF I CAN GET MORE GET MORE INFORMATION I WILL PASS IT ON .

yea, super old news! And did you hear that S2000's stopped production in the year 2000? lol, every year dealers tell us: this is the last year....

I don't know about the S2200. Automotiveforums.com featured a big article about it a few months ago, featuring some sweet photos that seemed really exciting. It detailed increased power, better handling, and detailed accounts of test drives of a pre-production model. I got really excited until I read the small print at the bottom of the article that said, "This article is fake".


Why someone would go through all of that trouble with photo editing and making up details and prices just for the hell of it is beyond me.

If you've found other, more reliable sources, please let us here know. The idea was really cool.
