Does anyone out there know if this stuff works through wax?

I've got the Mothers CG "Ultimate Wax" 3-phase on right now, and wouldn't mind a break before having to re-apply phases 2 & 3 (glaze & carnauba).

Should I wait on the swirl remover?

Also, would the 3M product end up replacing the Mothers phase 2 glaze?
