Verification of Repairs before ownership?

How do I know if the service bulletins and notices of fixes from Mazda have been applied to my car?

I looked at the build date and it says 09/03. I picked it up on June 16, 2004
So I assume that service bulletins and notices before 08/03 have been incorperated but after that how am I suppose to know that they have been made to my car?

Ask your service department to look up the vehicle history in the Mazda database.

You can also peek under your hood for the appropriate "Authorized Mod" (etc.) labels.

you should have a sticker under the hood. telling you the airbag recall was doen.. they cannot sell you the car if that was not doen.. All the other TSB's.. you will have to ask for. the dealer will not make any repairs untill theres an owner to charge back the warrenty repairs to !

so start asking your dealer to do these things asap.. it will take a while..

A/C fix.... Oil Pan Fix... REflash to "M' .........

Don't count on finding the recall stickers. Not many of the dealers afix them. You have to have the dealer look up the VIN on Mazda's database.
