haha yeah too many people are killing the function of the pass through, ill give you props about the rotor cut out buddy, i REALY like the fans to keep it cool under the cover too. Did you dynamat the trunk, have you noticed any rattle with the rear facing sub?

yup the rotor cut out was a last minute idea....no dynamat yet, some rattle heard from outside the car.....final step is to put a neon cable around the rotor and fans.thanks for the pity replys.

Are those the amp's fans or did you mount those? Just curious, can't make out the AMP brand and I'm not familiar with the logo.

Looks good though! I would have made the box a little less...a box and tried to form fit it, but other than that, great idea!

mounted those fans because the amp heating up and shutting off after a while.........that was the whole idea behind it.Its a Autotek SX-5750, perfect in all ways but one. What do you mean by "a little less...a box and tried to form fit it" i dont get it.

From the pictures the speaker box has lots of extra room on both sides which make it look like it was just set into the trunk. I'd have form fitted it so that it looked flush mounted against the rear wall of the trunk. However, that would have sucked up more trunk room.
