Question Doing something around the Foglights

With the stock bumper where the foglights are at it looks so freakin boring. If you look all you see is the radiator. I am trying to think of some home solution to this and thought maybe one of you have thought about this same thing. Here is what I have thought of so far, go to local home depot, get some 16 gauge aluminum mesh, paint it. In my case silver with the black car, cut it to fit the section and whalaa. Any other suggestions or do you think it will look tacky? I havent decided yet but I figure the stuff is so cheap it is worth a try.

That would work.
Racing Beat (I think) sells something similar, but a bit more expensive. (oil cooler screens) and DMenac7 is fabricating some strake looking pieces to fit down there.

https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-exterior-appearance-body-kits-27/fog-light-strakes-prototype-pics-34058/ That is totally freaky. I just saw this thread for the first time, however, I proposed to do this a few weeks back first. It just happens that on the same day, earlier on, I decided to unveil the prototypes. Great minds think alike, I guess. :D

D Menac 7, those look fantastic. If you want to sell a set a would be more than happy to pay for them. It really makes that area look much better. And I agree some car company should hire you! PM me if you have any for sale. Wish I had that kind of skill with plastic.
