If someone wuz intersted of making a custom install, this wuz the way i did it.
I used a DSL 2-way system (tweeters and mid-bass speakers) with crossovers.

It SOUNDS BEUTIFULL !


1. First take this out of your car :) and cut the plastic box out

2. Make a paper model of the box

3. Cut the wood

4. Put the panels together

5. Try to see does box fits into the plastic

6. Fill the edges of the box so air does not leak

7. Try to make the box to fits better to the plastic (remove the edges)

10. Fit the box with the plastic and glue it

11. Fill the empty space between the box and the plastic with hard foam, i used metapur foam (dont know how is it called on english, its the blue stuff on the pisture)

How would you wire the speakers in the custom set-up? Could you just power them from the existing amp under the rear deck? Sorry if this question is a bit lame.

I think that bose amp is not enough powerfull to handle the custom system, but it is possible. I have conected them to bose amp to see if they even work before putting my amp, sound wuz not good.

Are those two 6" subs???? and if so why is one of them reversed????

It cant fit in the box othey way... hehe
I will build a new box to fix this problem.
Just switch - with + on the crossover and it sound the same.
