That turbo on it is the upcoming Greddy kit. It is being developed "in conjunction" with RE Amemiya, but reports say it's all Greddy. This 4 port auto version is the same thing as the 6 port manual version, just tuned differently.

The output is actually 260ps (RW) in the last published tuning of it... RE Rotary magazine vol 8.

I purchased the RE front bumper 2.5 months ago, still waiting. My car is also yellow.

The RX-8 is all about patience I guess.

This is the ONLY front for the RX8 - ALL others look lame in comparison!

I like the rear spoiler height too, but maybe a different style would suit me better.

Hopefully one day I'll create my dream in winning blue...

Oh if only Trust would design a turbo kit for the States. Did they use a TD-05, or a T25 turbocharger? I think RE Amemiya went overboard with the body kits. I've seen bigger intercoolers :D.

Well I'm sure you can ask Amemiya-san himself IF he's able to drop by Sevenstock this year. :)

Trust used a mixed turbo... td-05 housing with td-06 blades.

I think most stuff made by RE Amemiya looks like ass. But that's just IMHO.

BTW, RE Amemiya didn't build that yellow auto RX-8 turbo by themselves. Trust/Greddy did the turbo work.

The radiator on our RX-8's sweeps backwards at a ~45 degree angle, which would make it near impossible to see at the angle in the photo above. That is definitely an intercooler you are seeing. ;)

Sorry, I have others, but that's the only pic I have of my car w/the RE bumper worth posting. The bumper was taken off a week after and replaced with the Veilside kit.
