Well, finally got my ipod 2 days ago and have been putting tool and radio head on it from the g-6's music network. Although I have been listening to late eighties early nineties rock after we get back from our patrols. I think thats about it since we ussually just listen to what we can get our hands on but lately we've been getting hooked up by the g-6.

At THIS PRECISE MOMENT iTunes is playing "The Days of Me and You" by (The Real) Tuesday Weld (whoops - it just segued into "I Want You in My Life" by R. Stevie Moore).

In general, I've been revisiting the first four Brian Eno albums lately (the remasters just came out). In a related vein, I've been digging on a new CD by Doug Hilsinger and Caroleen Beatty titled "Brian Eno's 'Taking Tiger Mountain,'" a very clever, rocked-up redo of Eno's entire second album from '74.

And some Abba once in awhile, to clear the palate.

Bob Schneider is what is happening right now, also have the new Beasties in the car. Besides that Elliot Smith, dispatch, jack johnson, toadies, de la soul, spearhead, the coup, and J5. Also this might be gay of me (not that there is anything wrong with that) but the new Prince is pretty bad ass.

In the car, a CD with everything from the ZOOM ZOOM song (awl come on, it's mandatory for the first few weeks), Dido, Nickelback, Delerium, Balligomingo, Hoobastank, Evanescence, Def Leppard, Van Halen...

I like diversity :)

Nice selection. Since I got my 6-disc, I've been through Zeppelin, Van Halen, Def Leppard, Third Eye Blind, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Chicane and Jon Schmidt. Those last two are my diversity check. :)
