well their news is old -doesn't mention the start of production for the engine or the car and on the about us page it says
"Author:
Saturday, January 1, 2000

RX8World is the premier Mazda RX-8 Owners and Enthusiasts clb abd community. Founded in 2003 ....."

so someone wrote this in 2000 even though the club wasn't formed until 2003?

their stretching abit to say they are the premier club next to this forum but i think there is room in in the rx-8 community for everyone. as long as they don't start saying things like"the other forums suck we're the best" or other junk like that.

I registered too, but the server is too busy to let me post. Pretty lame. The setup feels strangly familiar.

What will the new one bring us that our current one will not?

I signed up, but I can't even post there until I'm activated. I'm not much for change, so I'm going to stay here. It seems like that site is being run by a company that has a bunch of boards for different cars. I would much rather be moderated and maintained by people that are actually passionate about the 8. (Read their disclaimer for kills, it has some s2000 website in their unaffiliation disclaimer. *sigh*
